@LTT1  Ugh, lumps and bumps.  I tried on all my pants for fall/winter to see if everything fits.  I donated 1 pair but as I mentioned in another thread, my wastline is disappearing.  

I always had a flat belly and a slim waist, slowly it is disappearing and a pooch has made an appearance on my belly....why??  

I know my eating habits have not changed and my life style has not changed either.  I am just feeling bad about it, and yes I know there are certainly worse things in the world...so not scolding please.

Good Morning, sun is currently shining and I'm enjoying it because rain is in the forecast for later.  Might work on some plumbing things (shut off valves and new faucets) in the master bathroom.

@Luvitorleaveit1   I know what you are saying...our dog hides under the couch and several we looked at were low to the ground.  

The one I am looking at is a 'build your style'.  I can pick many elements...fabric, arms, cushions -attached or detached, filling of cushions, etc.  I know that I can also choose the feet...that might be the route you need to go.

We went to the store armed with the dimensions we needed.

@LTT1   Good luck!  My husbands primary would not prescribe Xanax for him because of his age (84) he only wants a 30-60 day script to get over the hump of anxiety for quitting smoking!!  He took it many years ago when he was going thru a health scare - and only took a few. He is not going to abuse the drug.

The doctor refuses and has given him two different scripts, both of which he cannot take - knocks him out and he can not function.

The ENT NP told him to find a new primary, ha, ha...she was not able to give him that type of drug.  He is not sure if the anxiety issue is from stopping smoking OR the fact that his ears are plugged...he is going into the 3-4 week.

I did notice on his paper work that his BP was 150/79...which the top number is higher than normal....

I would like to commiserate with you about the waistline, but I do have a theory about this.

Have you noticed practically everyone you see has that middle?

I believe it is because of the food in America. I think it is toxins presentin everything we eat, including preservatives.

Went to a restaurant called "Zoup" and asked if their soups have preservatives? Yes they do. Since then, I have hardly been able to find soup without preservatives.

Here is what I did in 2020 that actually worked.

I began drinking Amy MEYERS PaleoProtein shakes. These are AIP approved.

And I also ate salmon and tuna.

The middle fat finally came off and I was so thin that DD became alarmed!

I had to prove to myself that I could.

If I went back on this strict diet, I would also include more vegetables.

I believe celebrities and famous are coached in such a way that this is how they eat.
