Was on the phone trying to square away our ATT bill.
Direct TV & ATT billing had a flip over and became one billing...yada yada yada
So, they “forgot” to include our Direct TV $30 promo discount —- with pro-rated June, this month’s bill was $50 higher than expected!
OK THAT WAS MY ENTIRE DAY YESTERDAY.

My items from JCP arrived. Top was perfect. Skirt too big, ordered one size down and replacement has a waist (or lack thereof) that is still a bit big on me. I get frustrated because it's like designers forget about women who actually have a waist - sigh.
I messed up on both sets of goldtoe socks that I ordered. I'm just going to shop for some athletic socks in person. I prefer a high cotton content.
Since I got pretty good prices on everything that I ordered, I decided I'll donate the first skirt with tags on it. I also donate the second set of socks (not unbundled). I have 2 pair of yoga pants that I should have returned but didn't and those will get donated too.

Conversations with ATT @LTT1 Wow, I feel for you. I used to have both phones and internet with ATT. I'm down to just internet. In recent years when I would call about service or promotions I'd get someone out of country and it would be painful and exhausting.

Good morning, its quiet here the other half is sleeping, heading to the pool again, its almost Aug 1 and the days are dwindling away. On vacation he got back into swiming and now he "musts" swim every day lol
@lolakimono do you know anything about the top Leah is wearing, I really like it

So another fact about yesterday
ATT, when I first called, a robot answered saying I had qualified for their ATT loyalty blah blah
and they would like me to stay on the line for it, I fell a bit thinking a live person would answer and she put me on hold and left so the phone hung up after 15. 😳
so I ended up screaming at the phone (WHO WOULD HEAR?) “no, I am calling about my bill and want to talk to someone who I can understand.” mad 😾
next call...same
next post: Twitter public

Next call: 800# again
three people later
a dyslexic person “Oh, sorry I transposed numbers.”
”ooops, I did it again” oops...and so on
At least she spoke English that I could understand
Final answer: she was allowed to fix our bill (from the back room 😳 she said) 🤬 but a manager will have to call us back within the NEXT WEEK to get our approval to
combine the accounts (Direct TV and ATT)

Here's a tip for you @LTT1 I promise this will get you connected with a person, quick, fast and in a hurry When the automated teller prompts you, you say Cancel Service.
