This is the same design that I bought from Joan Rivers - now other QVC brand names are using it - like Lori and the tablecloth designs. I felt nine months pregnant in it - should have sent it to Amy - but I threw it in the trash couple years ago. Buttons were pearl cute and material was just okay (cheap) but the tent design and wow big hip pockets = bad purchase!

How about placing a velcro strip in each pocket? I was looking at this top, like the nautical look. I bought the stripped DG2 boatneck top. Its really cute & comfortable. Jazzed up with gold buttons.

I thought about that too. But there is extra fabric on the pocket...making sure it's always saluting off the hip bones. There is NO WAY to stitch them down or close them off, without tearing out the side seams...not worth it for casual wear, IMO.

SIDEWAYS kangaroo pouches...Notice how the model is trying to push down the pockets...but they still stick out, especially on the right side. I think she is using her half hidden hand to hold down the pocket...it really sticks out a LOT more than in the picture!

Because the model is holding them DOWN.

They look like sails or burro pouches or trapzoids hanging off the hips in real life.

The reviews are pretty negative too....I should have listened!
