Well, thank you.
I was talking about fashion as I've read you before say we should talk about.
Also I read that Queen Latifah who hosted these 2023 awards changed into 4 outfits for the show, including the yellow and blue and the burgundy that someone else here mentioned.
I'm sorry I forgot not to post on your threads because you always seem to make it a controversy or argument and I don't know why.
There. I said it. I'm sorry.
Just we can move on and let others enjoy the thread.

Thank you @just bee . I did see her and Dwayne on the Carpet, after I posted the photos. The posed together and separately.

@on the bay Welll, you're welcome. Adding outfits that were worn ions ago and NOT at the NAACP has nothing to do with this thread. Again, you're sooo very welcome.
I watched the show and Queen Latifah DID NOT CHANGE CLOTHES 4 times. It was only a two hour show (not like the Oscars).

Well, I thought I would take a chance.
I think it is interesting to observe the trends throughout the years of these fashions. If a thread only allows comments on each dress and in a nice way, what is the point.
Anyway, we can move on from the sarcasm. I wish you no harm. I won't disturb your threads again.
please just let me add that one of the most fascinating courses I took in college was costume history. It was so interesting to see how and also why fashions changed through the years and centuries. How they showed the people's mood and economic times as well.
So I guess I always see fashion from that interesting perspective. I meant no offense to your thread.

@gertrudecloset- Queen Latifah did have 4 costume changes. The blue one was one of them. This from a Hello Beautifuldotcom article about her gowns. Oscar de la Renta, Tony Ward, Bibhu Mohapatra and an all black casual outfit.

I loved just about everything I saw. It doesn't bother me if women show leg. Pushed up breasts is not a big deal either. I saw that in black and white westerns all the time. And of course, let's not forget the televised beauty pageants and swimsuits. I see no different for the carpets. Not only that, but at least the leg looks good. They don't look like sticks (imho). The red carpet has always been the place to show "yourself" for hire. If you're still looking prime, you can still get roles.

I liked most of the looks posted!

Pushed up boobs and showing lots of leg - TRASHY and SO typical.

@gertrudecloset Thank you for taking the time to post these pictures. Really enjoy having a chance to see them all at one location. Overall, I thought everyone looked great.
