Spent hours myself and with 3 different customer service people. Only wanted to find the pants shown in the flyer I got in the mail. NO LUCK with anyone. Leaves me totally frustrated!

@KathyIowa It's not unusual for the products on flyers and on the home page to not yet have arrived in the warehouse. Shipping from Asia, where they're manufactured, can be very erratic and don't always arrive as scheduled.

More customer frustration. Don't advertise what you don't have or at least in port.

I guess for the same reason they so often post things online that are impossible to find. Flyers are one thing, but as often as they update this excuse for a website there's really no reason to picture unavailable items or those so obscure one can't find them.

Yeah, I find that so annoying. Finally, I find something I'd spend money on and it's not even on their website or you have to play detective to find it.

As I've said before, don't "sell" what you don't have ready to ship. Seems simple to me.
