50% off (reduced to $149).  If you price wool, you know that it's getting harder to find 100%- now at Brooks Brothers.

That is a great price for wool and that is good looking. I do not need that (this short body) in a warmer climate but if I did, I would grab that in a New York minute.

Purchased a 100% wool, red/white/blue plaid like this from Brooks Brothers, not quite as long, a few months ago. Wool is very soft and not scratchy.  Top notch quality.

I posted about that one when I got it. I just wore it yesterday!

Contemplating these, but they are a lot longer than that one, per the photos.

@Foxxee

If 100% wool is your thing, I also saw this Rag & Bone one at Nordstrom Rack for $105.

I think your photo was the reason I purchased the red, white, and blue.  Thanks.

I was undecided at first whether to purchase the shorter or longer version.  Went with the shorter because of the colors.  The rusty shade of red used in the longer is not flattering on me.  Love this longer style, though.  Maybe, the longer style in other colors will be available next year.

Re: 100% Wool Plaid Ruana

[ Edited ]

I have been collecting ruanas and wraps for 30 years.  I love the drama of them but I like a ruana when I am driving from one place to another and I have heavy sweater on.  I don't need a big heavy coat when I'm in the car and I don't need a coat if I'm  going from the warm car into  warm building.

Nothing warmer than 100% wool.  These ought to be very cozy.
