It's the price you pay for EZ pay. Next time, buy directly from the manufacturer.
don't be so mean...glb613....not all of us have the ability to pay for things all up front...we need the e-z pay....I know that's the way I shop, too....
if the Q. has to wait for Amazon to send items...then that should be said during presentations so we are all aware that the E.D.D. may be longer...
I also find EZ pay very helpful. I refuse to pay interest on my credit card and wouldn't purchase something that expensive without no interest payments. I bought an iPad Air from Best Buy and had no interest for 18 months. I ended up paying for it in 5 months but like to have the option of paying it out with no interest accrued.

I ordered my Kindle HDX when it was a TSV: I have not received mine either-but honestly with the horrendous weather throughout most of the country, I'm not sweating it. There are so many flights that are grounded (keep in mind UPS uses air transport) and with the highways icing...I'd be very happy if it came today, but I don't think that's going to be the case.
....and things could be so much worse....like not being able to get heating fuel.....

But the amount you'd pay in interest would be much less than the additional amount you pay, buying electronics from QVC. Plus, you'll get the items much quicker so it's a win-win.

I had the same problem with a couple of items where the delivery status didn't show up on the Q but did on the UPS site.
How do you do that?

SoopaMan2K, Here's a copy of something I've posted previously:
I've found the best way to keep up with all UPS deliveries is by using their free "UPS My Choice" program (you can pay for added features, but I've never found that to be necessary).
Essentially, once you register the website will always notify you via email, text or voice (your choice) immediately when a package with your name and address has been shipped. The UPS website "sees" your name/address and triggers a notification to you. And you can get subsequent email, text or voice updates on the progress, including an alert when the parcel is placed at your door.

Fedex has a similar program called "Fedex Delivery Manager:"
