not getting my kindle fire still in process

I ordered the kindle fire hdx when it was the todays special . EDD was 2/28 which came and went with no kindle. When I checked my order status it was still in process. I called QVC and they stated that since it was coming from amazon they could not help me. I had ordered this to replace the Haier tablet I had ordered for my grandaughter for her birthday and now this is not on its way nor I am finding that QVC really cares that I am having issues with recieving this. I just want the Kindle and wanting to know whats up with the ordering status. Has anyone else had this issue.

The important word here is Estimated Delivery Date. One way to get faster delivery on a Kindle tablet is to buy direct from Amazon and be a Prime customer. You usually get items in two business days.

I am a prime member and understand the buy direct from amazon I bought from QVC because of the ezpay. I understand the EDD is just that what I dont understand is the IN Process still status no tracking numbers nothing.

don't be so mean...glb613....not all of us have the ability to pay for things all up front...we need the e-z pay....I know that's the way I shop, too....

if the Q. has to wait for Amazon to send items...then that should be said during presentations so we are all aware that the E.D.D. may be longer...

It's not mean. I'm posting the facts. If you can afford to make an EZ payment in full every month, you can afford to save and buy direct.

its not a price I pay for ezpay. I have made purchases before and they have come direct from the source through the q. I just have never had one an order that was still in the in process status for a week with no updates. I dont care if it will take longer to come I just want to know its on its way or that they even have gotten the order. And yes you do come across as mean spirited but thats your issue not mine but thanks for your guidance on how I should make my purchases in the future

Dear Redneckgirl (love your "nom de plume") - You mention you are prime member - if you have Amazon Store card - it is stated under accounts - that any purchase over 149.99 is payable interest free over 6 months. That is how I bought my hdx 7" around the holidays (also got $50 off price - prime member email). I think mine came the next day - almost fell over.

If you dont have store card (and it is a paper one) worth getting & just using for the specials they offer since you are a prime member. Anyway, agree that QVC should take more interest in the shipping problem w/amazon but they are only interested in the commission they will make. And yes, I use ezpay too - it comes in handy & dont believe snotty remarks assist in any way.
