late order, Not pleased!!

I ordered 2 items that were supposed to be here on the third. I got one item while it says the other was shipped.on the third. I pre ordered the one item that shipped over a week ago.. I am not pleased with this it still says that 11/3/14 is when it will arrive. It is the 4th

Not to mention that the South and the Eastern Coast were all hit with a nasty Nor'Easter on Sunday! Driving conditions were hazardous and the delivery trucks don't get a free pass. I'd rather they slowed down and stayed safe, than to risk their and others' lives to get an item to me "on time". In fact, I'm still waiting for a package (through another company) with a guaranteed delivery date of today. If it gets here tomorrow, I'll be happy!

Estimated delivery dates are just that -- estimated. Unless you are getting heart medication from QVC, relax.
