i have an Android phone.  My sister and a few relatives have iPhones.  AND they Facebook . (i do not use FB).

Suddenly i'm no longer getting via my texts Images/Pic they send from their iPhones.    In fact, overnight all my DILs images disappeared from my Txt history!

was reading somewhere it is related to iMessages in the iPhone settings.  i get pics and can send pics to all my Android users. and they use ATT& and Verizon.

Can anyone help with this issue!   i've tried it all from youtube tutorials and its due to i phone messaging IMHO.    they think its an Android thing. my sister uses T-Mobile.

@I am still oxox    that doesnt explain why up til a few days ago i  have been getting them from iphone users. and i get pix from everyone Android

If the issue happened all of a sudden, maybe it's your phone that needs an update. Did you check or does it automatically updates itself?

Was one of the YouTube troubleshooting videos advising you to "restart" or "reboot" your phone?  If not, try that.

Have you optimized your phone if that is an option in your settings?

It would be helpful to advise the "helpers" all the troubleshooting things you have already tried to avoid the "been there, done that" scenarios.

I can't recall when the last update to iPhones came out, but I have to click thru my options every time.

Ask if her MMS is on or off in messages.  I keep mine off.

i still say call your provider they can help with the specific issues

@Mz iMac    thank you, yes, the restart, updates,  i believe i did say i've tried everything, all the tutorials, checked MMS... this is an issue for example with the newer Samsungs, the A24 has the same issue. Mine is an A14.

and i have done all the system checks, tutorials, reset my APN ran all updates and just downloaded the Samsung One UI .

My sister's images are coming through now on txt as downloads.   i have to tap the download icon.  and the images open.   could be the UI update worked?

2 of my kids have android phones and I have an IPhone.  Sometimes when I send texts or pictures I receive a failed message.  Neither kid knows why this happens and neither do I.
