I know Android phone users who have always had a lot of trouble getting messages from IPhones.  It isn't new.

this is a known issue with verizon. just upgraded to an A15 and problem started with most recent software update and cannot group chat. tracfone not much help in resolving so far...keep being transferred to different depts
