My i[hone 6 says software updated but only shows 12.5.4

I've looked up everything on what to do and can't seem to get a 14.8.

Anyone else having this dumb issue?

It's always something!

@on the bay my iPad Air doesn’t have the update either but evidently it’s too old of a model. I thought maybe that was the case with your phone but what I read says iPhone 6 and later.  I would think about calling customer service, although they might be busy.

Re: iPhone Security Update

[ Edited ]

@tucsongal Thank you.

I was thinking maybe its too old and so hopefully it won't get hacked!

Oh, but anyway thanks for letting me know about the 6 and up.

Wait I just read its for 7 and up.

Probably differing info all over

I have an iPhone 6s which had the update available(I don’t do automatic), but the fact that you don’t have it showing makes me think it might be too old. It doesn’t sound like the average user is at all likely to be hacked but of course you want to look into it.
