Re: iPad & Q ? - issues🙄🙀

I downloaded the app and tried to use it for 5 minutes.  Hated it and deleted it.  Never looked back, I've always used .com.  I have an iPad2 and rarely have a problem except my pad is about worn out and is slow.  I get zippy results on my newer Samsung pad.

I also find the Q app to be a real pain to use, compared to the website.  It has too many issues to even list, and I do keep it updated.  I rarely use it and should also probably just delete it.

I also have problems on the QVC website, and especially the forum.

Re: iPad & Q ? - issues🙄🙀

I have pretty bad issues on my Macbook when using Safari and going to QVC, so I always come here using Chrome. I didn't try it on my iPad. I just downloaded the app. I suspect there's some sort of weird issue with Safari and QVC.

For all that QVC claims to be trying to entice the iPad generation, so to speak, rather than the older generation any more (and good luck with that, lol), their IT department consistently refuses to bother about having any pages on their site play well with i-devices on any browser.

I typically day-to-day use Chrome on my iPad Air 2, and when there are glitches and I switch to Safari that takes care of things for me 75% of the time.

But for all they seem to want to move on past the customers most likely to be using PCs (in their opinion), they don't bother to insure that the site is tablet-friendly, after multiple X multiple months upon months of complaints. Whatever's cheap - and not doing diddly is apparently cheaper than doing anything.

The app doesn't have the forums, so it won't help you with that.

I don't really like the QVC app much and have just saved the QVC home page to my home screen.

Many people have reported problems with the QVC site and the iPads and it's frustrating that QVC doesn't seem to be addressing that.

Dont like the app either.  Clunky and no forums.  Just use .com on Safari.  Have it bookmarked.  No issues.  I have an IpadAir2.
