iPad 2 For Sale On QVC

I was watching the presentation of this with David today. Why would I want the iPad 2 when the iPad 4 is out? I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't realize this isn't the latest model. Also David said nowhere else can you get easy pay and get this now and pay for it interest free. That's not true as I have a Best Buy credit card and could pay out an iPad over months with no interest accrued as long as I paid it off in time. I have also heard Apple offers a finance plan too.
