I'm not new to QVC, just to this forum. And yes ofcourse, my first discussion is a rant, gripe, whatever you want to call it. But, I recently purchased the Ipad Mini Bundle (online) and also opted for the protection plan. I also chose to pay via flexpay. Someone, please tell me why is it that the Protection Plan is not included in the flexpay? Further, why don't that is made clear that the full amount for the protection plan will be charged in full at purchase?
This is ridiculous, becuase I knew about the flex pay coming out of my account by not about the protection plan in full amount. I don't mind paying at all, but I would like to know that they are charging it to my account. This is a huge, huge disappointment and not good practice. ![]()
QVC Corporate you really need to step up and change this immediately, so that the consumer know what's going. I don't think that is too much to ask.
