Apple has recently started turning on the BlueTooth setting when an update is applied to iPhones, iPads and iPods. A possible explanation for why this is happening is explained in the link below.

I noticed that the last 2 updates that it was on & I turned it back off. The next day it was back on & I turned it off again & have not noticed it coming back on again. I don't want mine on. I don't need anyone tracking me or sending me coupons or ads etc. I leave it off so it does not use up my battery.

I think it's exciting to get a peek at what the future holds even though I am careful with the information I share (one reason why I deleted my FaceBook account).
