Am in the process of dowloading and installing now.  Unfortuanately didn't mark the time I started the process, but it appears to be taking a long time.

Still hasn't provided a hand crank for the phone.

Took nine minutes for mine to download. Perhaps you have skipped some upgrades, thus making it take longer to download?

I have mine in Dark Mode and really like that new feature. Makes everything "pop" visually. 

There will be another upgrade the end of next week. They were not able to finish two other features for this download, and thought it would be next month sometime. But now, they say it will probably be next Tuesday or the end of next week.

@World Traveler Download did work OK.  I'm just naturally impatient.  Set it to "Dark Mode" (same as my iMAC).  Great display results.  Read that there's a 13.1 coming.  Will watch for it.

@Cats3000 Yes, that is the upgrade I was mentioning. 13.1, and probably 13.2 before the end of the year. There was a press release saying they thought there might too much of a delay if they waited to get everything put in at the same time. Thus, the upgrades; although, quite frankly, there are always upgrades, right?

I usually get a notification from apply that an update is happening overnight.  I make sure it's on and there it is in the morning.  Are they doing that with 13?   I haven't received anything about it.

@Lilysmom I think it gave you the option when you reopejned after the download was complete.  You can also probabaly do it through the "Settings" panel.

I haven’t downloaded the update yet, but I think I remember reading that you can also access the Dark Mode option from the Control Center.

Since 13.1 is coming out next Tuesday, I'm going to wait until then to do the upgrade.

@Cats3000 @Krimpette I played around in settings without any success.  I do recall it offered that option on my XR on the last update but, since I didn’t know what it was, I think I said no.

I will wait for 13.1 and see if it is offered again.  Thanks for the help!  LM
