Came across a reference to this today. You'll want to download it ASAP. It plugs a vulnerability where malicious coding may be attached to random JPEGs, especially the kind on clickbait sites and spammy emails. Once you click on the photo, your device is infected with the malicious coding, which could be designed for all kinds of nastiness. The update doesn't take that long.

Thanks! Maybe that will also fix my broken spell checker. The spell check and auto-correct features have not worked on my phone since I updated to iOS 10.0.2. I've restarted, reset, and restored - all to no avail. Apple CS has tried to help me, but I'd already done everything they could think of to recommend and nothing has worked. I'll update and call them again if that still doesn't work.
