I ordered my tv on 9/4 and it still says in process and money was put back into my account. Is this normal? I spoke with qvc cs and they told me carrier would call me but when?

@Darthgamer2 QVC takes longer than most for delivery (7-10 days, sometimes more for computers and things), but if the money was put back into your account, I would call CS back and ask them about that.
They said the carrier would call you - you need to call CS back and ask them when. We can't answer that for you.
You can also try posting in the Customer Care forum, where QVC forum mods address customer service issues.

@ChynnaBlue - Actually, it's quite possible that the money the OP thinks QVC put back into his/her account was just the funds that were temporarily tied up when they did an available funds check. They don't actually pull the funds out of the account until the item is shipped.
