Windows 7 Service Pack 2?

I have an IBM Inspiron 1545 x64-based PC with Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 and 4.00 GB RAM. I was trying to install a free Advent calendar on my PC, and the system requirements were for Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher (I have Service Pack 1) and Adobe Air (not sure what this is).

Do you know anything about Adobe Air? Is this okay to install on my PC? Thanks.
