POST THIS UNDER customer Care and maybe the moderators can help. At least you should get your expedited shipping charge refunded. Electronics just don't seem to ever ship that fast.

This happenned to me also. Needed an item for a gift and paid for one day shipping, but like you it sat in processing for 4 days. No help at all, you can count on reliability. Amazon can do it though!!!

For immediate action call Customer Service. If they don't have a satisfactory answer cancel the order and place your order elsewhere.

Yes. I ordered a Stan Herman bathrobe days ago and it is still "in process." But my Visa card has already been charged. In the old days, it wouldn't have been charged until it shipped. No longer.

QVC has a very long processing time. For some electronics, they are shipped directly from the manufacturer and not QVC, which also increases the processing time. Unfortunately, the 1-day shipping time ONLY applies to actual shipping and not the processing. But QVC shipping is also slow, so that will still get your item to you faster than not using it.
As someone metioned, you can post this in the customer care forum to get help from a mod or you can call QVC customer service and find out what's going on from them.
