Do you think the Q sells older models of their electronic products? As in computers, cameras, TVs, etc.? They sometimes say it's "the latest model," but most of the time they don't. In that case, it is probably not false advertising.
I say this because when I called Bose about the Bose Solo component I just bought, I was told I needed a software upgrade for the particular problem I was having. This has made me wonder.
I don't think they could get away with selling older models of the ipads, iphones, and other handheld electronics because it is so well advertised as to what the latest model of those products are.
