I haven't been able to watch QVC videos the last few days.  I was beginning to think it was my laptop, but I can watch other sites.  Is anyone else having trouble?

I was able to watch the videos but I had no sound for several days. That seems to be fixed today. I'm using an iPad.

 I tried again and still only works a few seconds.  I can watch on my phone but not on my laptop.  Thank you for your response.  Smiley Happy

I can only watch for a few seconds as well.  (on my laptop). A little frustrating!

Have you both tried another browser to rule out browser issue?

 

I am not having any problems using a Macbook Pro or my iMac.

Firefox is my browser (latest version).

MBP - Snow Leopard OS

iMac - Sierra OS

STILL video/audio not working. video works a few seconds as does sound, then

NO SOUND, video stops(freezes) remains frustrating- no good advice from

customer service.  Several things have been tried, but IT have failed to respond.

DOES anyone care about the web site?  Why no respone from people who build

the website?  All of the complaints seem to go unheard.

When so many of us have the same problems with their videos, this is the Q's tech problems  not our's.  Our browsers have nothing to do with the vids not playing.

 

I also am not able to watch their videos regardless of what product I choose. 

 

Hey Q tekkies, please fix at your end of videos.  It's YOU not us.

Yesterday I reported this when I discovered so many of us are not able to watch the videos.  I see today it's the same way.  I sure hope they get it fixed soon.  This has been going on all week for me.  Getting a little frustrated!
