Why not update and run the security software you have installed on your computer? What's the point of having security software if you need to pay extra for virus removal? Something doesn't make sense to me.

glb613, I ran the software I have, but it didn't eliminate the problem. This is a stubborn little devil.

You can go to landzdown where people will help you and lead you through the steps to clear your computer. I've gotten help 2-3 times. There is nothing to fear there. It's a legitimate site, you do have to register though. They do not send you emails or share your information.
