Vipre Antivirus

I purchased this software from HSN, because a friend said it was a great deal. My computer locked up, their technical support was not available for two days, it was a mess. I called HSN customer service and they knew nothing about Vipre. I did reach Vipre finally, and their technical service helped. But, I am not sure what I should do. Does anyone have Vipre? I need to make a decision because of the return time. Thanks!
