I noticed all of my incoming mail from one account has a friend's name in the To: line instead of mine. How can this be and how can I change it?

It seems all I need to do is post here and I figure out the problem. I was editing a friend's contact information about a week ago and somehow added my e-mail address to her contact. That's why her name was in the To: field. I deleted the information and all is back to normal. I really need to get into my settings and disable auto fill and auto correct.
