Just got text from Verizon that my free VZ Cloud is expiring. Photos/Media to be deleted 3/02. Save files or upgrade to premium. Not sure exactly what this means or what I need to do. Any input from anyone will be appreciated.

I have been getting that reminder for months but never uploaded anything to it. If Verizon did any kind of auto upload it will be gone and that is fine. If you did utilize their cloud, it might be a good idea to look into it.

Thanks for the information. I didnt even know I was using their cloud so I guess it is not something I need to do anything about.

I have a new phone, so I haven't gotten the "free is going away" reminder yet, but my understanding is that all your media is automatically saved to the cloud unless you change a setting on your phone. So you do have things saved in the cloud even if you don't think you do.
If you log into your VerizonWirelss account (not sure you can get to it on the MyVerizon app) and go to:
You will then be able to see what you have.
You can export your contacts to your computer if you want to keep a backup of that somewhere other than your phone.
