I will be in Florida for 6 weeks and I'm wondering if I can use my iPad as a hot spot to connect my computer and wireless printer. Is that something that is possible? It is a generation 4 with ATT service. I had a bad experience last year when I ordered wireless internet from Brighthouse and don't want to relive the nightmare.

Go into settings and look for personal hotspot.

Be sure to monitor your data use if you do. Overage charges can be very steep.

I did that and it referred me to AT &T's web site. I called and was told I had to get a plan for $50 a month to be able to connect my pc and printer. So, I can do it and most likely will go that route. Thanks!
