Several days ago, I asked for suggestions on replacement software for my Picture It program that is NOT compatible with my new Windows 7 computer. Thanks for taking time to respond.
My computer has Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010. Today I added MS Publisher 2010. I think I'm going to love it. I already figured out how to do most of what I need it to do--postcards with multiple photos and text, greeting cards, ad copy for our small business, labels, etc. I'm having trouble printing the two-fold greeting card but I'll keep working on it. The four-fold card prints with no issues.
This program has some great editing tools that were not a part of Picture It and some other tools that were a part of Picture It but are easier to use on Publisher.
There is one thing that I don't think I can do on Publisher--print reverse pictures/graphics for tee-shirts. I've made my grandkids a ton of printed tee-shirts and I'm going to keep trying to figure out how to do it on my new computer.
I was going to buy a card-making program in addition to Publisher but if I can figure out how to print reverse images, I don't think I'll need one.
Thanks again, everyone. Just wanted to give this update.
