I did a little investigating and realized that my FITBIT Charge 5 was just barely a year old.  I did order another one from Costco but then thought - what the heck, I'll call FITBIT.

I have to say that their customer service was excellent.  After talking to a rep, they emailed me a form which I filled out and provided a snap of my Amazon invoice as proof of purchase.  Within a few hours, FITbit emailed me that mine was still under warranty and gave me a choice of a replacement or 50% off a different model.  I chose the replacement.  It's arriving today.

I cancelled my Costco order.

Oh great! Hope this one works out better!

I'm assuming warranty is one year? Good to know their Cust. svc. is good...a rarity these days!

I have had similar experiences with FitBit customer service they are excellent.  They replaced a Versa for me a few years ago.  Anytime I have an issue they are very helpful.
