Trend Micro Titanium ~HELP?

I received this in the mail yesterday, per the reviews posted so far, I am scared to death to install.

Has anyone used/tried this product, if so, how do you like it?

I have PC Tools for "spyware and Registry mechanic". I am and have been on hold with them for the past 45 minutes (but it is a Saturday night) but I had called them this am with a problem, and it is not resolved.

So any info on the TSV Trend Micro Titanium would be appreciated.
