Tracphone Website

Hedge what do you mean their newly designed website? It is the same old thing it has been for years. I looked through everything and put my phone number in and never came up with anything you have been saying! How about sharing the whole story with us  instead of saying " Yup it is still there!"

I just logged into this forum today to see if there were any threads about the Tracfone website and this is all I found.

 

I logged into tracfone.com to check my account and can't seem to get to the right page.  I click on Account and the website doesn't take me anywhere.  Where do you go to check your balance now?

@Topaz Gem- On the main page of the Tracfone website, there are options listed across the top.

 

If you click on "Help", a dropdown menu appears and one of the options is "Check My Balance".  Click on that and it gives you the option to check by logging into your account or by entering your phone number.
