I have had my phone for a little over one week.  I also could not track it.  I had to call the CS # because my old phone number would not transfer over.  I have been with T Mobile since day one of my cell phone service (over 10 years) and have never had one problem but this phone looked really nice.  CS got T Mobile on the phone and they solved my issue together.  BOTH services were exceptional!

So far I am learning the phone.  This is all new to me, previously owning a call phone only...what a new world.  I did get the book suggested by someone...Androids for Dummies and this does actually help a lot!!!  A big thank you for the suggestion.

Can you all list some fun Apps to try?

I am the one who suggested the book, and I am so glad it was helpful to you!

Purchased my tracfone tsv last year! It was an upgrade.

i found a gel case on ebay.

Your choice of apps will depend on your tastes. I enjoy some of the games (free ones) like Solitaire and Spider Solitaire. Please take time to read the reviews on any app before you purchase, even if it's free. Some of them are dreadful.

If you get a stinker, you can just junk it, though.

Do have fun with your new phone. I'm 76 years old and love my Tracfones. I upgrade every year when the TSV comes up. It's cheaper than buying minutes.
