Ordered mine early in the day and it took 4 days to be marked as shipped and now the tracking information still shows it in TX. It has been 8 days. EDD was to be today but who knows! What is the point of tracking numbers or is mine phone not traveling? Who knows! I know that there are continuous complaints on the shipping/tracking procedures but nevertheless I am still frustrated. I for one, like to know when my item is going to arrive. ![]()

Hi @avid shopper, The phone could be in transit and will not show tracking until it is scanned into the next hub. Please allow a few more days and in the meantime I will see if I can find out any information on this order.

I'm sorry to hear that. I ordered one LATE in the day, for my son. It shipped 6/25 and arrived yesterday (6/29). We activated it last night, and it's awesome - he absolutely loves it. I want one. ![]()
Believe me - it's worth the wait. Hopefully you'll have it soon.

Oh - one other thing, if it helps. I've had orders say they were in one place......and then it appeared they stayed in that one place......and then it was delivered, even though it looked like it was in that one place. You might just receive it before the tracking information changes.

Hi @avid shopper I just heard back from our shipping department and they told me your order tracking information should update tonight at 11:59pm and scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I rec'd mine today, went on line to activate. When I tried to make a call kept getting an error mesage so I called the 800#. After speaking with the CS rep, she fixed my problem. I had to dial the # and them keep pressing the 1 key. I love it, so glad i ordered

I have had my phone for a little over one week. I also could not track it. I had to call the CS # because my old phone number would not transfer over. I have been with T Mobile since day one of my cell phone service (over 10 years) and have never had one problem but this phone looked really nice. CS got T Mobile on the phone and they solved my issue together. BOTH services were exceptional!
So far I am learning the phone. This is all new to me, previously owning a call phone only...what a new world. I did get the book suggested by someone...Androids for Dummies and this does actually help a lot!!! A big thank you for the suggestion.
