We received our phones today customer service very nice but hard to understand the young man was very polite but wow he could not understand what I was saying we ported our old numbers to tracfone we got my phone done first he wanted the account number for my husband's phone.

I said we have one account number for both phone numbers he did not seem to understand he kept saying no this phone number has to have a different account number I said there both under the same account number I just hope he did it right he was very polite but wow! I aged the phones are really nice
