@gardenman - like the weather in some places, just wait 5 minutes.  My order now says In Process again with the original estimated delivery date.  I have 3 (now older) Fire tablets in all 3 sizes (7, 8, and 10).  The 8 inch one is my favorite.  Mine is orange with a cat themed cover and it is my favorite.  But at the price, it is probably time to at least have a backup so I am glad the TSV was such a reasonable price! 

Will be interesting to see when yours shows up.  Sometimes I have stuff delivered before the tracking ever catches up.  And sometimes I see it pass our exit off the interstate to go 2 or 3 hours north to wend its way back south.

@gardenman   My remembrance from the last time I ordered one is that the code for the cover came separate from the tablet itself so I'm wondering if this is what we're seeing in the tracking info?

It's now after 3:00 PM ET on Friday and it's still in "label made" state on both QVC and UPS, so yeah, probably not coming tomorrow, but we'll see.

I think mine came together last time with the cover voucher and software voucher both in the box with the tablet. I'm not optimistic that mine will be here tomorrow, but we'll see.

UPS has picked it up and it's in Harrisburg, PA as I type this, so it could maybe get here (South Jersey) tomorrow. Monday seems more likely, but we'll see.

Mine is at local UPS. Says tomorrow but may come today. This is more like Amazon shipping than qvc's.

Yeah, it is faster than normal. Mine is still in Harrisburg PA and UPS is now estimating delivery for tomorrow instead of today. I think Monday or Tuesday is still more likely, but we'll see. It still has to leave Harrisburg and get to the NJ UPS facility in Lawnside, then go from there to the USPS facility in Bridgeport, then to my local post office then to me. The Bridgeport part is the big slowdown typically. Sometimes packages will linger there for days. If UPS bypasses Bridgeport and delivers right to my post office, then tomorrow is possible. If not, Monday, Tuesday, or later is more likely. At least it's in the delivery system now.

And now it's made its way to Lawnside, so just one or two more stops before it gets here. Maybe tomorrow, probably Monday or Tuesday. We'll see.

It came late in the afternoon on Sunday and is now in my hands. I ended up ordering the Caseable case also since it's free. It's already been shipped and is on its way. Maybe they've improved the quality since my last one. I'll find out in a week or so when it gets here. I love the tablet though.
