Today I made my 3rd call to Telikin for support, 3rd time no support. Todays issue was I need to update the adobe flash player (I play games on FB). I can not do it on my computer, I have to wait for Telikin to do an update, it may be "a month or 2" before they do an update they told me and "no" there is nothing I can do about it.
My 1st call was about video chat, still can't use it. 2nd call was about e-mail, they told me to call my provider...... No help, no support available.
Sorry, but this computer is not as easy as they make it seem. And I am sorry this is the computer that I purchased.
