Please help! C Drive file error message

I got a message that says my C drive(my main drive) has file errors and I should run a disk check.

I ran the disk check and I still am getting the message.

I also did a Malwarebytes scan and it came out clean.

I defragmented also.

My computer runs fine but that message is driving me nuts!

Any help would be appreciated.
