Yesterday I purchased time for my LG android phone. Instead of giving me 1200 min and a year of time they doubled everything , including the charges on my cc . I called them right back when I saw 2400 min added to my phone. They said they would credit my  cc but that I could keep the min as a gift from them - so right now I have 2944 talk, 2956 text and 3710 data. Anyone need to make a call or send a text , I can help you out ! And my service is good until July 2017. Now if they just do get that credit to my card I will be golden. I'm sure I won't need to buy any min for the rest of my life.

I would call my Cc about this charge on my account.

They said it would take 3 to5 days for the credit to appear on my cc. If it doesn't , then I will call the cc company. Tracfone gave me a transaction number  for the credit while I was on the phone with them.I have no reason to distrust Tracfone.

maybe you got my minutes. After 2 days of not being able to transfer my old tracfone number to my new qvc bought android phone thru simplyactivate website or phone line I finally had tracfone do it. but to get the 1200/1200/1200 minutes I had to go back to simplyactivate to get the pin number. I got the pin number and entered it in tracfone and it told me the number has been used. I am fuming. Any suggestions?

So sorry gte. I was considering getting that new phone but I was just too lazy to want to do the setup of a new phone.I thought I was going the easy way just buying min. and service time. Now I have this extra $108 charge on my credit card. Clearly, tracfone is messed up! The rep I spoke to on the phone said it was too difficult to take away those min and service days back so I could just have them as a gift from tracfone.

This AM my refund was there on the cc site and ,yes, they did let me keep the time and days of service. YEAH TRACFONE. I certainly can't complain about the service I received from their customer service.

The same thing just happened to me. Yesterday I responded to an email special for 365 service days for $49.99. I still had over 1600 min. I only use it for emergencies. My order went through twice and they told me I could keep the 2 yrs. service at no charge. Great service.

I am now replying to my own post. Just bought a new tracfone at Walmart. Cannot transfer info from old phone to new one.Just paid for a year airtime. No service. It doesn't even recognize my phone. 24 hrs. of aggravation.
