@Jdenn - I did an online chat and the CS rep confirmed the information on my account. He gave me the specific totals for minutes, text and data and I made a note of that, until this issue is resolved.
I don't know, if you phoned, but maybe try an online chat? And, if your phone is working okay, as I've told others, I wouldn't worry about it until after the 21st (see previous posts).

Hi, Thanks very much for doing this. You were lucky in having the agent that you did. The 1st agent I had was clueless. We could not communicate at all. I ended up hanging up. To my surprise someone called me back from tracphone. She was a little more helpful in saying that it was due to a migration, but no date and could not provide my balance. We shallsee what happens on the 21st. Thanks again.

Glad I found this QVC Forum about the Tracfone Balance Summary going to Zero in all 3 categories.
There is nothing on the internet that I can find that's "current" > Meaning: March 20, 2025 about balance problems from Tracfone.
I always read about "other" people having this problem and never thought it would happen to me, but NOW, Here I Am ![]()
I had: 13,540 Min - 13,450 Text - 3.20GB Data that went to zero like 2 days ago.
The Story: I call Tracfone Tech Support and get connected within 1 Minute (a miracle in it self) but for some reason she could not hear me talking, so she said on the line that she would call me back (another miracle) and she did.
I told her the problem and she stated that there was a Migration and then told me my correct Text Balance.
I could barely understand her with the thick Indian accent and then I told her the Data Balance I should have and she said yes that is right.
I kinda knew something was being "fixed" because IF I "really" had No Text, Data and Talk Min. then I wouldn't be able to take and receive calls and text...
FYI: What was hapening to me is that the Tracfone Balance Widget was showing a blank white screen and when I tapped on it - it opens the Tracfone My Account App and at that time it showed the correct Balances, But after some time both showed Zero (0) Balance.

Same problem. Someone is suppose to call me tomorrow. I wrote down the last min. they gave me and the date 4 days ago. I only text 3 ro 4 times a day to let family know, I'm Ok, so should have almost same amount of everything. So frustrating. Im in late 80's and need to let family know each morning, Im OK.

Tracfone's app is back up and running normally again with all of my time, texts, and data showing. I even activated the new phone with no issues through the app. All done in less than five minutes this morning.

Thank you @Mombo1! That is good to know! I checked mine the other day on the app and it had all my info there but right before my eyes, it all changed to red zeroes. I was sure glad I'd been warned of this ahead of time.
