SuperNova Tablet: Download Nook App??

Cannot install Nook app from B&N site. Comes up with 'cannot find device'. Pandigital website is impossible to access and phone number only returns 'call later, we're too busy'. Very frustratring!! They should have known that Kindle app installed does not apply to the millions of Nook users already out there. I have 57 Nook books that I will not re-purchase from Kindle. Will be returning this tablet within the next week if not resolved.

Anybody have success installing this app??? Help!! ....
