I just got Windows 10 automatically.  All was well until I lost the internet and when I got it back the blue cursor keeps spinning .  Is there a way to stop this?

This may mean your internet connection or speed needs attention.

First thing to do when you have a problem is to restart.

I'm not a fan of upgrading Windows operating systems because too many things can go wrong.  Hardware or software may not be compatible, not enough memory and malware can cause conflicts.  If it was my computer, I'd do a backup and start over.  Plus, it's good to occationally restore a computer.  Give yourself enough time to complete the process.

I searched "spinning blue cursor after windows 10 update" and there were hits with 2 possible fixes (I did a quick search and didn't go beyond the first page). There's one who made a utube vid and another post with solved. Do you have an asus computer with gesture trackpad (?) or a computer with a fingerscan? It's an incompatibility issue and usually there's a fix, just have to dig a little.

Another consideration in addition to the suggestions thus far is to check your drivers to see if updates are required, @Jessa9.  Searching your problem adding in your prior OS version may come up with more info; i.e "blue circle when upgrading  XXX   to Windows 10". HTH's
