Software Deception

It took awhile to realize the software download is just a description of the products, and that you have to pay for it. If I want these, I can go on line to the actual company and order it, so QVC and the manufacturer are not giving anything. QVC, give me a good price computer without the software deception or include a three yr deal with McAfee.
