Security Cannot be Found

I recently had to do a system restore. My icon for norton was removed. I went into programs and it says it's still in. I can't find it to open it and put the icon back. Also, I can't find the microsoft Security Essentials, which I didn't see in the programs.

Should I just go into programs and uninstall Norton and put it back in? Does anyone know where it may be found? I do have an icon on my icon page but when I open it there is nothing. Vista, Firefox
