any ideas why I can only get HQ/Evine on one of my tv/rokus? This happened in just the last 3 weeks (?) I go to the tile for the channel click on ,it appears to go to it but it will not load. Yet, one tv will play it. all of the otherchannels load.

@okaywitheasypay

Sorry, I don't own and stick streaming devices. Only thing I can suggest is maybe trying a different HDMI port on the non loading TV set.

@okaywitheasypay  I do not own a Roku.  I do have 2 Amazon Fire TV devices.

Suggestions:

If HQ/Evine are "apps" I suggest that you delete then redownload/reinstall them.

Reboot your TV.  Hopefully, this option is available on Roku.

Rebooting will get rid of the "quirks" you may experience from time to time.

I have no interest in watching it but I see it's in the menu on my Roku, however, when I click on it it just blinks and goes back to the menu.  My Roku is less than a year old so its not obsolete.

@Kachina624 this is exactly what happens on 2 of the tvs that I have one attached to. The Roku tv that I have and the just purchased voice controlled one I just purchased will play it.  I cannot figure it out, but don't watch Evine /HQ (or whatever the alias is currently Smiley Happy ) much anyway. Just find it curious.

On the 2 that it just blinks on then off , I have done all of the magic tricks = updated/ restarted/ turned on and off/ removed it then added it again. Strange. never had that happen before and I have used Roku since they first came out
