Hi to everyone who helped us on a cell phone I thought we had a winner husband got the htc inspire phone Monday loved the 4.3 screen but we notice where the volume rocker was it was coming loose and it seemed to have a dent in it and we could not adjust the sound husband took the battery cover off to check out the volume control it is nothing but a flimsy piece of plastic he could not fix.

He took the phone back to best buy the man fixed it we brought it home but we got to thinking if the sound control is a flimsy piece of plastic what if it stops working again so now we are going to exchange the htc phone for the Samsung Focus or the Samsung Captivate don't have much choice on phones we have to pick a free phone.

I'm so disappointed in the htc phone worried the next phone will not be any better. I really liked that 4.3 screen husband keeps telling me it's not that much difference from a from 4.3 screen to a 4.0 screen I enjoyed the 4.3 screen so much. I really thought this was going to be the perfect phone. I hope the Focus or the Captivate phones are made better and they sound good.
