Computer Savvy Peoples - I Need Your Help!

I am such a dunce when it comes to computers. I am trying to upload some photos to another site from my ZoomBrowser EX. So, when I select ZoomBrowser as the file, it tells me that they can only receive photos in the JPEG format. I thought my photos were already in that format because each photo has a numnber and the JPG after the number.

How do I convert the photos to that format if that is what I have to do?
