Most people don't know how to take a good photo no matter what the device. If using a point and shoot camera, you need to depress the shutter button down HALF WAY to let the lens focus then press it all the way down. With my iPhone, I let it focus before I press the shutter button. If you don't, the photos are blurry.

I can't believe the blurry pictures people post online. If that is the only photo they have of a family event or special occasion, what a shame.

I put together an exhibit of only iPhone images. Some printed 5x5 all the way up to 20x20.
A phone camera is merely a tool and it needs to be used as one. Actually, a camera is a camera....the more you learn to use it, the better the outcome.
And what is a "real camera" anyway, digital? film? alt process? wet plate?
