My IPad Air isn't recognizing the Targus Bluetooth keyboard  I am trying to connect. The little circle keeps spinning trying to locate device. There are limited instructions, would appreciate any advice. Thank you , Susi.

Get into settings and make sure bluetooth is turned on.  While at that page, see if the iPad is looking for a device.  There is a button on the keyboard you need to press or slide on to start the process.  If you've done both of these, shut down the iPad and turn off the keyboard and start over.

Thank you for help! I had done that, nothing happened.then found a little blue tooth button that needs to be pushed in as well as on button for keyboard. This was not mentioned in instructions. Never set up a blue tooth device before. Love having a real keyboard! Thanks again for your time!

I'm glad to hear you are connected.  I have a keyboard with my iPad and it makes a huge difference when typing.

Yes it does! Didnt realize how much I missed it til I got it back. No more switcing back to numbers and punctuation. Will keep my other cover to use for travel, and leave keyboard at home as a little heavier. Apreciate your help, always someone here at forum to help out. A lot nicer than general internet searches.
