Registering you Acer Netbook.

If anybody is having trouble registering your Netbook on the Acer home page, here may be the solution. I had a chat today with a rep that informed me that are no letter o in the serial number. She informed me that they are zero's.

They should have put a diagonal line thru the zero and I would have known, numbers not letters.

Stupid me.
